In annual leave management, the HR system calculates the leave days eligibility Every time when you send an employee on vacation, just make here an annual leave entry, with leave start date, rejoin date and other parameters. The HR system keeps the record and calculates the Employee's leave days eligibility, consumend days and balance leave days. Employees can apply for annual leave by login to their employee seld service (ESS) portal. The request goes to the manager, upon approval of HR Manager, an entry goes here in this annual leave module automatically and leave balances are calculated accordingly.
HR Manager can define number of casual leave, an employee can take in a year. Employee can request for casual leave by self service portal and upon approval by the manager, system creates an entry under casual leave management and calculate the taken and balance leave days. For those employees, who do not use self service portal, the manager can make an entry in this system through HR module and does the same job.
Compensatory Off is a time off that is granted to a worker as compensation for working overtime or extra day. In Employee Wise, compensatory leave off is taken as a leave(time off), for working extra on a working day. This HR System have this option to maintain granted comp-off, taken comp-off and balance in account.
